From messaging to meeting in person he has been nothing but polite, friendly, informative and ridiculously quick! I needed a 2 bed house carpeted ASAP and that's exactly what he has done and to an impeccable standard too. The smaller touches such as hoovering the house and leaving an off cut of carpet to use as a door mat speaks volumes with regards to his standards. He is one of the very few genuine tradesmen I have come across and I can 100% understand why all of his reviews are top notch, I'm literally never going anywhere else and will be sending any friends/family his way for flooring needs. James is a totally lovely young man who is very skilled at what he does. He has such enthusiasm and knowledge about carpets and works extremely hard to give you the perfect result. He is very good value for money indeed and does a superb job. We are delighted to have found him and will definately be using him again next year. We thoroughly recommend him, 5☆ and then some!
